New pool tables traditional - prior to delivery and installation:                       

for a period of 2 days from the time/date of your purchase, your deposit payment or payment in full, will be refunded in full if a refund is requested. If a refund is requested after 2 days from the date of your purchase, there will be a re-stocking fee of $195.00. All refund request must be submitted via email to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com, there are no exceptions.

New pool tables traditional - after delivered and installed:

we do not offer refunds for any pool table after it has been installed, and accepted as satisfactory at the time of your delivery. however, if there is a defective item, please review your warranty options here.

New Pool tables Custom:  There are no refunds on custom made pool tables after 24 hours of your purchase time/date.

Preowned pool tables - after delivery:

We do not offer refunds on any pre-owned pool table after it has been installed and accepted as satisfactory at the time of delivery. In other words, should you have any issues with your preowned pool table, you want to let us know at the time of delivery. all preowned pool table sales are final. there are no exceptions.

Preowned pool tables - prior to delivery:

for the first 2 days from the time/date of your purchase, your deposit payment or payment in full will be refunded in full if requested. if a refund is requested after 2 days of the date of your purchase, there will be a re-stocking fee of $195.00 subtracted from your payment and only a partial refund will be given. All request for a refund must be submitted via email to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com, there are no exceptions.

Moving, Repair services: 

if you've paid for your moving or repair services in advance, you may request a full refund up 48 hours prior to the service date. as long as we've been given 48 hours notice we will issue a full refund. if you cancel your moving services with less than 48 hours notice, there will be a fee of $75.00

we do not offer refunds after your service has been completed. 

All refund requests must be made via email within the required time frame, to mtspooltableservice@gmail.com.
